Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement the company's overall annual marketing strategy and budget to support business growth and maintain a competitive edge
  • Create and oversee a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including product brochures, sales collateral, case studies, blogs, presentation slides, and media releases
  • Plan and execute digital initiatives encompassing website management, SEO/SEM strategies, social media, online advertising, and targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Direct and manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, telemarketing providers, and creative agencies to ensure quality outcomes and ROI
  • Coordinate, organize, and represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and networking events—managing all schedules, logistics, and staff attendance
  • Manage the marketing database within our CRM, monitor campaign metrics, and provide monthly performance reporting directly to the Director
  • Undertake basic in-house photography for projects/events and coordinate with external photographers to capture high-quality images of completed playground installations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated marketing or marketing management role
  • Proven ability to independently manage an end-to-end marketing function from strategy through to supplier management and reporting
  • Strong, demonstrated experience managing SEO, SEM, social media channels, and email marketing platforms
  • High proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven knack for building relationships with internal staff, clients, and service providers

Nice to have

Experience in photography, videography, or coordinating visual content creation is highly regarded
