Job Description

Marketing Manager role for SIG in the Iberia region, responsible for setting marketing strategy, promoting the company's portfolio, and collaborating with sales to grow market share.

Job Responsibility

  • Understand today’s and future consumer behavior and trends
  • Set up the strategy for the respective marketing area
  • Build individual customer roadmaps in alignment with the sales team to further grow our market share
  • Promote SIG Europe's positioning and product portfolio
  • align, develop, implement, and manage branding and marketing initiatives that promote our company and its products and/or services within the area of responsibility
  • Support and align, adapt, or create pieces to promote communication inside and outside the organization for Cluster EU
  • Generate market data-based insights for SIG and our customers
  • Create customer marketing activities - operational & strategic ones - building on customers' strategy, pains, and needs
  • Support group marketing and sales functions - also by co-leading pan-European projects as a single point of contact for the respective area
  • Play an active role in advocacy-related activities, in close collaboration with the sales team

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing, business, or similar
  • At least 3-5 years of job experience in marketing, business development or similar
  • Experience in the packaging and/or food & beverage industry/retail would be a plus
  • Work experience in B2B2C Marketing
  • Full proficiency in the Spanish and English languages
  • MS Office skills required
  • Willingness to travel
