Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing efforts, foster strategic partnerships and drive brand growth in the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the planning and execution of targeted co-marketing campaigns with channel partners, tailored to local preferences
  • Manage and drive agencies as well as other external partners
  • Increase brand awareness and word of mouth, focusing on Channel Marketing, Influencer marketing, Social marketing and Digital marketing
  • Collaborate with consumer and digital marketing teams, sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Work with partners to co-create marketing plans that align with Cricut’s overall brand and business goals
  • Analyze regional market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Iberia market

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a pre-requisite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or related field. MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in marketing and the consumer retail market (preferably in the Iberian region)
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
