Job Responsibility
Establishment of the Marketing Department: Designing processes, tools, and the operating model
building the marketing infrastructure from scratch
Planning the team structure and contributing to recruitment processes
Preparing the annual marketing plan and budget framework and presenting it for partners' approval
Brand Strategy and Positioning: Developing an integrated brand architecture
Defining each brand's target audience, value proposition, and communication tone
Managing the brand extension strategy during expansion into non-cheese categories
Digital Marketing and E-commerce: Strategically managing social media, content marketing, and digital advertising channels
Optimizing the digital sales funnel in close coordination with the e-commerce team
Overseeing the quality of product page content, visual identity, and digital promotional materials
Channel-Based (Trade) Marketing: Planning and executing tasting, promotion, and in-store activation activities in Migros and other retail channels
Developing shelf management, in-store visibility, and shopper marketing strategies
Managing promotion and campaign calendars in coordination with channel partners
Agency and Content Ecosystem Management: Managing creative agencies, social media agencies, visual content producers, and community management service providers
Being responsible for briefing, feedback cycles, and delivery quality
Ensuring alignment of labels, packaging, and promotional materials with brand guidelines
Regulatory Compliance and Product Communication: Monitoring the compliance of marketing materials with food codex regulations, labeling legislation, and health claims
Verifying that product descriptions and ingredient declarations comply with relevant regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience in multinational FMCG or food & beverage companies
with 3-5 years in a managerial (Marketing Manager) role
Agency management experience - including creative, social media, visual content, and community management, with hands-on involvement in briefing and feedback cycles
Proven track record in digital marketing and e-commerce projects
