Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial services marketing team to help develop and execute marketing campaigns to educate users and grow engagement with their co-branded credit card and digital payment ecosystem. You will be partnering cross-functionally with a diverse team of individuals across product, data science, analytics, creative, digital marketing, and business development. You have a deep excitement and understanding of our client’s brand, vision, objectives, and the customer experience. You have experience developing marketing programs for different customer segments and optimizing marketing plans based on critical metrics and analysis. You will be working in a highly-energized environment with some of the most inspiring, creative, and diverse individuals in the industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and support cross-functional delivery of credit card marketing campaigns that enhance awareness and ongoing usage of our client’s digital payment platform
  • Work with product, analytics, creative, business, and marketing teams to develop and execute scalable marketing programs to reach shared goals
  • Apply a performance marketing lens when collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams to bring together all aspects of the user’s lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, owning performance and/or lifecycle marketing campaigns and programs to drive usage of products and features
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Savvy at tackling complex issues and providing creative solutions while collaborating across multiple teams
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making
  • Self-starter with excellent creative and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever task is necessary
