Lead product nominations and trade marketing initiatives using category insights to drive market share
Leverage Rewards, App, digital, and in-store environments to deliver integrated marketing outcomes
Partner with Commercial, Digital, and Agency stakeholders to ensure project synergy and brand consistency
Contribute to quarterly briefs and competitor reporting to inform go-to-market approaches and brand performance
Manage the full project lifecycle - from brief to post-implementation review, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Requirements:
Trusted business partner who can proactively problem-solve and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Retail marketing experience with a deep focus on customer-centric strategies
Expert in strategic planning in a marketing context, with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams
End-to-end channel and communications planning, demonstrating extensive experience in taking campaigns to market
Translating customer insights into effective communication and creative frameworks that connect meaningfully with customers
Data storytelling, including the ability to read data and craft compelling narratives
