Create and deliver end-to-end category marketing strategies that align with sales growth and overall brand objectives for Big W

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end category marketing strategies aligned with sales growth and brand objectives
  • Lead product nominations and trade marketing initiatives using category insights to drive market share
  • Leverage Rewards, App, digital, and in-store environments to deliver integrated marketing outcomes
  • Partner with Commercial, Digital, and Agency stakeholders to ensure project synergy and brand consistency
  • Contribute to quarterly briefs and competitor reporting to inform go-to-market approaches and brand performance
  • Manage the full project lifecycle - from brief to post-implementation review, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
