Job Description:

The Marketing Manager, DME, is responsible for developing and executing strategies that position our products and services effectively in the market, driving adoption and fueling revenue growth. This role ensures alignment across go-to-market initiatives, customer insights and competitive intelligence. The manager will own core messaging, analyze market trends, customer insights and competitive landscapes to shape strategy and drive revenue growth and will serve as a key member of the growth marketing team, supporting sales and revenue goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead product marketing launches, positioning and pricing strategies
  • Partner with product and commercial teams to build go-to-market plans that maximize adoption and growth
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators tied to market adoption, revenue growth and product differentiation
  • Provide reporting and insights that inform ongoing optimization
  • Build customer personas and segmentation models to deepen understanding of target audiences
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product positioning and roadmap priorities
  • Conduct market and competitor research including win/loss sentiment analysis in partnership with sales
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for positioning and sales enablement
  • Develop and maintain competitive battlecards and playbooks to support sales teams
  • Create sales enablement materials in collaboration with growth marketing to ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor industry trends, buyer behavior and market opportunities across service lines
  • Deliver insights that shape marketing and product strategies
  • Craft messaging frameworks, value propositions and differentiators that resonate with customers and prospects
  • Ensure messaging consistency across marketing campaigns, sales materials and client communications
  • Conduct external trainings, workshops, and presentations in collaboration with sales and growth marketing
  • Position the company as a thought leader through education-driven engagement
  • Provide insights that influence product innovation and long-term roadmap development
  • Collaborate with the technology team to align education and messaging with future offerings
  • Drive execution of product launches and awareness campaigns
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across strategy, messaging and execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy or related field, preference for workers comp or product/service line specific background
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience crafting messaging and delivering presentations
  • Experience in creating sales enablement tools and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of competitive research, customer insights and market analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
