Job Description:

The Marketing Manager for Differentiated Parenteral Nutrition (PN) Solutions will develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies to promote a differentiated portfolio of PN products and services. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the role involves collaborating with internal teams, conducting market research, managing budgets, and measuring campaign effectiveness. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the clinical nutrition sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development and implement marketing strategies for a clinically differentiated portfolio of PN solutions
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales and clinical, to build and deliver coordinated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
  • Leverage strong understanding of nutrition and clinical knowledge to develop campaigns that are evidence-based and effective
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement programs that support the sales process
  • Determine financial and product demand forecasts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals
  • Manage agency relationships and lead all aspects of the production of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and insights
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is required
  • 5 plus years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Native understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
  • Prior experience in clinical nutrition (e.g. registered dietitian) is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactical plan development
  • Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and campaigns to both internal and external partners
  • Disciplined project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical teams
  • Deep understanding of clinical data and its impact on marketing strategies and messaging is required.

  • Prior experience in clinical nutrition (e.g. registered dietitian)
