Job Description:

We’re looking for a Dental Marketing Manager to drive market adoption of our 3D printers, as well as related accessories and materials in the dental industry. You will manage the overall go-to-market strategy across the company, through core messaging and positioning, new product launches, content creation, sales enablement, analytics, and understanding of the market and competition. You will be responsible for executing dental marketing campaigns, managing digital content and channels, and enabling both our channel partners and direct sales team. You'll have the opportunity to elevate our dental business by bringing your marketing and project management expertise and working cross-functionally with an established team to make a visible impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Bring new dental hardware, software, and materials products to the market
  • Nurture existing products by executing changes in marketing and positioning
  • Connect market and technology trends with Formlabs’ products to build product positioning and messaging for dental industry personas and use cases
  • Partner with leadership to shape and execute the dental marketing strategy
  • Regularly track and assess competitors, and adjust Formlabs’ product marketing accordingly as the industry situation changes
  • Own the content and strategy of the Formlabs Dental website
  • Develop high-impact content including case studies, workflow videos, website copy, sales enablement materials, and customer stories
  • Execute and optimize email, social media, and broader digital and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Promote and demo Formlabs products at conferences, trade shows, events, and to analysts and potential customers
  • Collaborate with dental professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry experts
  • Work cross-functionally with content, creative, events, sales, product teams, as well as dental professionals and industry experts to align marketing efforts
  • Enable direct sales teams and channel partners with marketing assets and co-branded campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of dental marketing initiatives to inform future investment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a product marketing, marketing manager, or product management role at a B2B hardware or software company
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of excellence in project management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
  • Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Successful in collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create product training material, including value propositions and differentiation
  • A creative mindset with a passion for designing innovative customer campaigns
  • Passionate about technology and interested in 3D printing
  • Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally to complete projects
  • Strong bias for action and ability to execute quickly
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and able to anticipate challenges
  • High level of initiative and strong business judgment
  • comfortable solving strategic problems in real time
