The Marketing & Communications Manager is a pivotal role designed to elevate brand image and secure a leading market position. You will act as the strategic architect for the marketing roadmap, balancing creative storytelling with analytical rigor to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of annual brand and marketing communication strategies
Develop and monitor the annual marketing budget and monthly expense tracking
Execute Public Relations strategies to secure positive media coverage and manage crisis communication
Manage digital eco-systems including websites, CRM tools, and social media platforms
Propose and execute marketing activities, events, and campaigns to generate sales leads
Ensure Corporate Identity (CI) compliance across dealerships and all marketing materials
Manage internal communication platforms and customer newsletters to promote company goals
Liaise with international marketing representatives on ongoing projects and updates
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Marketing or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in advertising, branding, marketing, or public relations
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and data analytics
Proactive go-getter who can generate ideas and solutions with minimal supervision
Excellent networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills
High level of attention to detail and strong writing skills
