Job Description:

The Marketing Manager position is responsible professional responsible for developing, executing and managing marketing initiatives for the full portfolio of products under the Pain Management and Recovery (PM & R) and Specialty Nutrition Systems (SNS) franchises for Central Asia and India. Based on close collaboration with the Country/Regional business leaders and respective National Sales Manager, his/her responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing program strategies, managing budgets and timelines, analyzing marketing data, KOL program development, driving KOL advocacy and overseeing marketing campaigns. Additionally, he/she must collaborate with other marketing professionals across the APAC and International regions to create cohesive marketing plans and materials that reflect the company's branding and messaging. This position also requires strong communication skills to communicate marketing plans and updates to leadership teams and other stakeholders. In summary, he/she must enjoy creative problem-solving, have a strong understanding of marketing tactics, and enjoy working with others to deliver measurable results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Works on identification of key market trends including clinical trends, care delivery and reimbursement
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing programs and campaigns
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing programs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are aligned with company goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing
  • 8 to 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Has a proven track record of driving acquisition through new and innovating marketing techniques
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities with forward looking perspective
  • Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills are required with proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of people and audiences
  • Adept at adapting plans effectively for optimal impact
  • Experienced relationship-management expertise, and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence without authority, including demonstrated experience gaining senior leader perspectives and support
  • Familiarity with complex, competitive markets preferred
  • Ability to connect to the patient experience
  • Desire to make a significant impact to get patients back to the things that matter
  • Experience with chronic care or pain therapies and medical device and / or healthcare experience / regulated products preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to make recommendations: be comfortable thinking and talking about analytical questions
  • Demonstrated track record of leading both development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and improve retention
  • Proven track record of ideating and launching new to market customer acquisition initiatives
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and project manage multiple key business partners
  • Brings other experiences to the group and is prepared to help in other areas of marketing as required
  • Builds relationships across APAC with Marketing professionals and leaders. Works cross-functionally and in a matrix environment with colleagues in all supporting functions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint and the ability to present concisely to influence others
