Design and implement the country-level marketing plan, ensuring high return on investment and supporting delivery of targets and results
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to protect and grow the full product portfolio, while driving customer acquisition and retention
Own and co-develop marketing, media and communications briefs for customer value propositions in scope together with Marcom to run effective digital and traditional marketing campaigns to deliver business objectives
Lead prospecting, lead generation and CRM initiatives to increase volume and profitability in alignment with the strategy
Build deep understanding of the products and services by conducting market research, gathering customer insights and analysing competitors in collaboration with Sales Team
Perform customer, competitor and market share analysis to identify market needs and shape compelling customer value propositions
Ensure Sales Team is equipped with relevant product knowledge and aligned with the value proposition to effectively address customer expectations
Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns-including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media-by analysing performance metrics and applying insights to improve results
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including resellers, customers, suppliers, and agencies
Foster marketing synergies with B2C Marketing Team to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment
Support the development of marketing professionalism across the region by sharing best practices and actively engaging with marketing colleagues in other countries and business units
Provide ongoing support to Sales Team and monitor business progress against predefined KPIs to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
7-10 years of experience in marketing management
Possesses a strong commercial acumen and a deep passion for B2B marketing and customer-centric strategies, with a relentless focus on prioritization to drive growth
Demonstrates a high-performance mindset, consistently delivering quality outcomes
Proactive and self-motivated, with a sense of initiative and the ability to build and maintain relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize executive-level insights and communicate them effectively through impactful presentations
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English
