Job Description

We are a private equity firm that develops premium residential properties in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead the launch and promotion of our upcoming luxury townhome and condo developments. You will be responsible for creating and executing the full marketing strategy to build awareness, generate high-quality leads, and achieve strong pre-sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer with a proven track record in luxury real estate or homebuilding.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, Google Ads, email) and traditional (print, direct mail, signage) channels
  • Build and manage project websites, ensuring premium design and effective lead capture
  • Oversee creative branding, model home merchandising, and all sales collateral
  • Manage the marketing budget, track campaign ROI, and report on performance
  • Partner with the sales team to support lead conversion and organize broker/community events
  • Analyze market data and lead sources to refine strategy and maximize sales velocity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate development or homebuilding
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and website CMS
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is strongly preferred
  • Strong project management, creative, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
