In this vital role your responsibilities will be: Enhance the brand potential at national level; Lead and partner with Brand Teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and other related functions & partners to increase the brand performance; Develop the annual brand plan, design, and implement all related marketing activities, including budget control; Understand business dynamics, identify business opportunities, and build strategies accordingly to improve brand potential at a national level; Partner with regional and global Marketing Teams to understand global strategies and implement locally where applicable; Work with sales team & plan field visits to acquire feedback & market insights; Craft and implement tactical plans in line with the strategy; Partner with the sales force to ensure the brand strategies and tactics are cascaded effectively; Develop Financial short and long-term forecasts working closely with Business Partners; Propose national sales target and achieve agreement with Business Unit Head and Sales/District Managers; Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans; Collaborate with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects; Recruit and lead external vendors in specific projects; Promote the culture of innovation, collaboration across the team

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy
Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry
MBA degree is a plus
Track record of developing successful plans and delivering positive performance
Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude
Working in multifunctional cross-cultural teams
Must be able to travel regularly
Proficiency in English is needed, both oral and written communications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Gulf in a pharmaceutical company
Experience in therapeutic area
Products launch experience
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience is a must
Nice to have:
MBA degree is a plus
