Job Description

We are partnering with a leading integrated media agency in Dubai that is looking to hire a Senior Media Planner with a strong grounding in offline media, particularly TV, to support delivery across a key account. This role is ideal for a planner who has built solid experience across traditional channels and is now looking to expand into digital, working on a large ecommerce-led client within a fully integrated setup.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development of media plans, with a strong focus on offline channels, particularly TV
  • Assist in building integrated media strategies across offline and digital touchpoints
  • Work closely with internal teams including digital, buying, and analytics to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Manage day-to-day planning and campaign execution across assigned accounts
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support client communication, ensuring smooth delivery and responsiveness
  • Contribute to the evolution of planning approaches as the account grows into ecommerce and performance marketing

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in media planning within an agency environment
  • Strong experience across offline media, particularly TV planning
  • Understanding of how offline channels integrate with digital media
  • Exposure to digital planning or interest in developing in this area
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
