Job Responsibility:

  • Support the comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) execution for new device initiatives and key accessory programs
  • Develop and manage the rollout of product and promotional messaging across internal and external partners
  • Oversee GTM communications, including meeting calendars, agendas, content, reporting, and follow-ups
  • Drive GTM execution, encompassing channel support overview, alignment, and performance reporting
  • Maintain the GTM calendar, proactively tracking milestones to ensure timely delivery of all commitments
  • Manage product sample inventory and loaner programs, coordinating device readiness and developing best practices for loaner users
  • Translate complex product information into clear, compelling stories that engage and inform target audiences
  • Support ad-hoc requests for marketing content and deliverables
  • Build and manage the third-party accessory marketing calendar in collaboration with internal teams and partners
  • Drive demand generation through strategic marketing activities during key product and public relations beats
  • Foster strong partner collaboration, developing communication pipelines, coordinating marketing activities, and managing asset procurement
  • Execute marketing campaigns across owned channels, including digital platforms, social media, and influencer programs
  • Facilitate submissions, reviews, and approvals for marketing assets

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall professional experience in the field
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required
  • 8+ years of experience in storytelling within a marketing role, specifically building presentations for product launches and distilling complex data into straightforward narratives
  • 8+ years of experience demonstrating strong strategic marketing skills and excellent communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience within the interactive entertainment/gaming industry
  • Proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market execution, or similar roles in technology or interactive entertainment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies for physical and digital products, including merchandising and demand generation
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including engineering, marketing, retail, and public relations
  • A collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills
