Job Description

The Global Marketing Manager, Cell Therapy is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the Cytiva marketing plan for driving share gain in the development and manufacturing of cell-based therapeutics and related workflows. This includes segmenting the market, developing target personas and aligned value propositions and an omni-channel campaign focused on driving business throughout the commercial funnel.

Job Responsibility

  • Align with senior business leaders on marketing targets (leads, lead conversion rates, win rate, etc…) to support the cell therapy business objectives
  • Drive commercial excellence across the cell therapy business unit around developing and accelerating the orders funnel
  • Drive development of marketing plan in collaboration with Marcom and field marketing teams
  • Work cross functionally and be accountable for the successful execution and performance of campaign messaging and tactics
  • Improve processes critical to the functioning of the marketing function using Danaher Business Systems (DBS) methodology

Requirements

  • Masters’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years experience in a commercial, marketing, or product management position
  • 3+ years experience in owning a territory or portfolio revenue number and a history of success in driving growth
  • Demonstrated success in product development and launch
  • Managed and allocated a budget in line with organizational goals
  • Approximately 15% customer and internal travel required

Nice to have

  • Use of a Danaher Business Systems commercial tool such as Launch Excellence, Customer-Centric Product Definition, or Growth Room
  • Experience in gene therapy, or advanced therapies
