Job Description:

We are looking for a marketer who is capable of independently developing and implementing marketing strategies, including ETF, while demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and will be based in Taipei.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
Oversee the creation and editing of high-quality content/assets for various communication platforms such as websites, press releases, and social/other media
Collaborate with PR colleagues to build relationships with the media
ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively
Facilitate internal communications to foster and enhance employee engagement
Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making necessary adjustments for improvement
Perform other duties as assigned, e.g., product marketing pitching, event planning and coordination - customized campaigns by different client segments etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, financial & economic, business, or related field
3-7 years of experience in SITE, ETF experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Understanding of ESG principles and their impact on financial industry
SITE/SICE qualification is a must
Fluent in written and spoken English
Curiosity, open-mindedness, creativity
Team-player, proactive attitude, critical thinking, and solution-oriented
Microsoft Office skills
Master’s degree is a plus.
