Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced Marketing Leader, with timeshare experience, to lead and scale our timeshare marketing operation at Breezy Point. This role is critical to supporting the continued growth and expansion of our Breezy Point market and will oversee in-house marketing efforts that drive tour flow and revenue. The ideal candidate is a hands-on timeshare marketing leader with a proven track record of building, motivating, and holding teams accountable to production goals. This position requires a strong understanding of tour generation, lead quality, staffing strategy, and performance management within the timeshare industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing timeshare marketing team to consistently achieve tour and production goals
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance through active floor presence and leadership
  • Recruit, train, and retain top marketing talent to support market growth
  • Monitor tour flow, production metrics, conversion quality, and staffing levels to ensure alignment with sales needs
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to maximize tour quality, show rates, and overall revenue performance
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, brand messaging, and ethical marketing practices
  • Manage schedules to support peak business needs, including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism, accountability, and culture

Requirements:

  • Prior timeshare marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of tour generation strategies, in-house marketing, and resort-based marketing operations
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
