Job Description:

Marketing Leader South Pacific is a leadership role responsible for all aspects of marketing for the South Pacific sub-region which primarily comprises of Australia and New Zealand. This includes planning with key stakeholders and converting top business priorities into impactful marketing execution plans. The role will be part of the South Pacific Sub-region's leadership team and will represent all HPE marketing within that group.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive end-to-end marketing execution and planning with a focus on demand generation across all marketing tactics including events, direct-marketing and digital marketing
  • Work closely with HPE Business unit leaders and translate top priorities into impactful execution plans
  • Uphold HPE's global marketing framework and policies in the SP sub-region
  • Develop strong C Level relationships with key HPE channel partners and customers
  • Allocation of budgets across the media mix
  • Managing a team that helps with planning and execution of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Business Analyst (BA) or bachelor's degree in marketing or related business fields is mandatory
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
  • 12+ of years marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in Marketing
  • People management skills and experience is mandatory (Min 5 years)
  • Experience in leading the marketing function or sub-function for an IT organisation in Australia
  • Partner or Enterprise sales and marketing experience, industry or channel experience in the IT industry will be a plus
  • Co-marketing experience and experience in administering and managing channel marketing investments will be desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong people management skills and ability to leverage a matrix organisation

  • Deep understanding of Marketing principles and strong grasp over ever evolving Martech tools
