Job Description

Your mission is to build H's marketing engine from a blank canvas. You’ll be responsible for figuring out our most effective growth loops through constant experimentation, while simultaneously crafting a brand narrative that people actually care about. We’re looking for someone who can move seamlessly between high-level strategy and deep execution - growing our user base aggressively without ever sacrificing the quality or the authority of our brand.

Job Responsibility

  • Growth Marketing: The Acquisition Engine Build a repeatable acquisition machine through high-velocity experimentation
  • Product Marketing: The Strategic Value Act as the bridge between our roadmap and the market
  • Content Marketing: The Authority & Reach Drive high-signal storytelling that establishes H as an industry authority
  • Support H’s presence on tradeshows, conferences and main AI events

Requirements

  • 5 year Experience creating and executing marketing strategies in Tech B2B start-ups and/or scale-ups
  • Understanding complex IT Solutions, entrepreneur mindset and Hands on
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ideally a native English speaker or experience in an English speaking country
