Job Responsibility:
Shape the brand – Define and execute AtliQ’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms
Lead digital presence – Manage and optimize the website for credibility, SEO, and lead generation
Tell powerful stories – Create content (blogs, case studies, videos, campaigns) that showcases expertise and client success
Drive growth – Run ROI-driven campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other channels
Build thought leadership – Strengthen AtliQ’s LinkedIn presence and amplify founder/personal branding
Lead the team – Mentor the content and social media team, fostering creativity and accountability
Deliver for clients – Manage client-side marketing projects with clear strategies and measurable outcomes
Track & optimize – Monitor KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and turn insights into improvements
Innovate constantly – Experiment with new platforms, formats, and tools to stay ahead of trends
Collaborate – Work closely with design, tech, and sales to align marketing with business goals
Requirements:
5–8 years of B2B marketing experience (tech/consulting/AI preferred)
Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO, ads, and content strategy
Proven success in building brand presence and demand generation
Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and storytelling skills
