We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Lead on a contract basis to support a global media and digital publishing brand. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on performance marketing, combining strategic oversight with delivery — driving improvements across paid media, CRM and channel performance through data-led decision making.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and coaching a team across marketing and editorial
Owning paid media performance across Google Ads and Meta
Managing budgets, channel strategy and campaign optimisation
Driving performance against KPIs such as CPA, CTR and conversion rate
Using data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making
Overseeing CRM, email strategy, segmentation and automation
Establishing clear processes and ways of working to improve delivery
Partnering with senior stakeholders across revenue and marketing teams
Requirements:
Strong experience leading digital marketing and performance teams
Deep hands-on expertise across paid media and campaign optimisation
Proven track record of improving efficiency and scaling performance
Strong analytical skills with confidence using performance data
Experience across CRM, email marketing and lifecycle strategy
Ability to prioritise and deliver in fast-paced environments
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
