As we expand our global presence, we are looking for a Abu Dhabi-based Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness, campaign execution and event coordination in one of the most exciting regions for the future of urban air mobility. This role is essential to ensuring Archer’s voice resonates within the UAE and across the broader Middle East region, helping to establish our leadership in the industry while supporting next-gen transportation initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing initiatives tailored to the UAE and Middle East market
Campaign Management: Collaborate with the global marketing team to plan and execute regional campaigns, monitor performance, and report on results
Social Media Management: Manage Archer’s regional presence on social media channels
Content Creation: Partner with global and regional teams to create localized marketing collateral
Communications and PR Management: Oversee public relations efforts in the region
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of regional marketing events, trade shows, and public engagements
Government and Industry Engagement: Work with municipal and government partners on initiatives related to Archer’s air mobility mission in the UAE
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing tools and analytics platforms to track and measure the success of regional marketing initiatives
Influencer and Partnership Management: Build relationships with regional influencers, aviation enthusiasts, and industry partners
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
7+ years of experience in marketing or a related role, ideally in the UAE
Strong writing and communication skills in English
Proven experience managing social media accounts for an established brand, with a focus on creating engaging, localized content
Familiarity with marketing tools and software, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms
Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to adapt to Archer’s tone and brand voice
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Working on U.S. schedule (PST) often required
Regular regional and international travel required
Nice to have:
Strong writing and communication skills in Arabic
Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Knowledge of the aviation industry, eVTOL technology, or sustainable transportation trends
