Accountable for Migraine Headache field and developing marketing/business strategies/platforms such as brand management, product development, marketing communications; Use customer insights to prioritize/direct content creation to achieve financial targets.
Job Responsibility:
Develop the Marketing Headache portfolio strategies to optimize the business
Lead brand growth initiatives
Cross-functional TA leadership: Collaborate with Medical and KOLs for Headache guideline/consensus
Leverage chief neurologists for HP listing and pharmacist education platform
Develop effective team structure
Establish competency requirement for every marketing position
Develop subordinates through coaching and training programs
Lead team in the portfolio budget planning and control
Input to allocate and manage in the portfolio budget sales target and P&L
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine
Master degree and MBA preferred
Proficient oral and written English
15 years marketing experience with above 18 months SBM experience
