Job Description:

AI is changing how companies manage compliance, and we’re building the platform to power that shift. At spektr, we’re rethinking how teams approach these processes from the ground up. With AI agents at the core, our platform helps teams design and automate complex workflows without stitching together outdated tools. We run marketing the same way we build product: with ownership, experimentation, and clear outcomes. If you believe creativity belongs in every corner of tech (not just the usual suspects) we’d love to hear from you. The Opportunity We're hiring a Marketing Lead who brings deep knowledge in Webflow, email, and lifecycle marketing; but that doesn’t mean you’ll be limited to those. At spektr, every marketer leads projects across the board, and we rely on each other's strengths to elevate those campaigns. You’ll own initiatives from idea to launch, whether that’s a landing page series, a product campaign, or a brand partnership, and you’ll also be our go-to person when things need to go live fast or get automated smartly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead full-funnel marketing projects independently and collaboratively
  • Support team campaigns with your expertise in Webflow and email automation
  • Build out pages, flows, or campaign assets that bring ideas to life
  • Contribute to longer-term brand, content, and product marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Webflow and email automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Comfort working across tools and cross-functional teams
  • A blend of creative intuition and technical confidence

Nice to have:

  • Enjoy seeing things live and moving quickly from idea to action
  • Like variety in your work and the freedom to explore ideas beyond your skillset
  • Want to work across the full marketing stack, not in one narrow lane
  • Love working with other marketers who push, question, and improve each other’s work
