The Opportunity We’re hiring a Marketing Lead who brings a sharp lens for growth and paid acquisition - but not to live in a silo. At spektr, everyone owns end-to-end projects across the marketing funnel, and we count on each other’s strengths to make those projects smarter and stronger. You’ll lead your own campaigns, whether they're brand-led, content-driven, or performance-focused, and you'll also lend your growth know-how to teammates who need it in their projects. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, in a team designed for autonomy, collaboration, and experimentation.

  • Experience working with strong brand guidelines and an eye for high-quality creative execution
  • Experience working with teams in different regions and a high-level understanding of regional growth opportunities
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership
