Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own Mindspace’s marketing strategy and execution across all German locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf). You’ll lead a marketing team, build a 360° plan, run it end-to-end, monitor results, and continually optimize to hit company KPIs.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the Germany marketing plan & budget: Build, execute, measure, and iterate a holistic strategy across digital and offline channels
  • Drive brand awareness: Elevate Mindspace’s brand presence across all cities and audiences
  • Lead go-to-market for new sites: Market analysis, positioning & messaging, launch plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Generate qualified demand: Deliver pipeline for locations, products, and services
  • partner closely with Sales on targets and funnel health
  • Manage vendors & partners: Brief, select, and oversee agencies and outsourced freelancers
  • Activate the ecosystem: Host and attract flagship events, conferences, and tradeshows that bring the right audiences into our spaces
  • Create compelling collateral: Sales enablement, decks, campaigns, videos, demos, and localized assets
  • Be a cross-functional connector: Work closely with Germany leadership and Mindspace HQ stakeholders to align goals, messaging, and measurement

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing roles
  • Proven experience in people management
  • Fluent German and English (written & spoken)
  • Experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willingness to travel between Mindspace locations
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - plus
