As a Marketing Lead (Dove Skin Cleansing), you will own and drive three critical growth engines within the Personal Care business: Men Skin Cleansing leadership, Total Personal Care E-commerce performance, and Dove Personal Care “Other Say” demand generation. This role requires strong strategic thinking, data-driven execution, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate category growth, brand power, and digital demand across Dove, DoveMen+Care, Axe, and Rexona, while reinforcing Unilever’s leadership in high-value segments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the SCL Men platform, ensuring competitive superiority and growth across DoveMen+Care and Axe
  • Drive execution against OKRs, including Make Dove #1, UBS delivery, and future PC growth ambitions
  • Lead the development and execution of innovation pipelines, including DMC+ Bars and Axe
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver in-market excellence across portfolio, innovation, and campaigns
  • Own Total PC E-commerce performance, driving growth across Dove, DoveMen+Care, Axe, and Rexona
  • Partner with E-commerce, Sales, and Supply teams to optimize assortment, content, media, and conversion
  • Act as a digital pioneer, embedding e-commerce thinking into brand and demand plans
  • Lead Dove PC "Other Say" strategies for both SCL and DEOS, ensuring strong, consistent brand advocacy
  • Develop and execute social-first demand generation plans, working closely with agencies and demand creation teams
  • Ensure Dove’s brand purpose, superiority, and tone of voice are consistently expressed across touchpoints
  • Lead and project-manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Media, E-commerce, Sales, and Global teams
  • Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-time execution aligned to business objectives
  • Use data and insights to track performance, optimize plans, and deliver SOM, financial, and Brand Power KPIs
