Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to become a member of the Credit Card Acquisition Consumer Marketing team. This person would be focused on the acquisition strategy across all targeted acquisition campaigns, working to drive growth across all card's acquisitions. You will collaborate closely with acquisition marketing channel leads, and other marketing cross functional partners.

Job Responsibility:

Provide strategic consulting to marketing leads
Facilitate discussions between cross functional team leadership
Partner with Credit Card Marketing partners
Identify new opportunities to grow Wells Fargo credit cards
Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations, and policies and procedures related to marketing
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives
Perform assessments through fact finding and data
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
2+ years of marketing/risk experience in financial service industry
Strong analytical skills
2 + years of project management experience
Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change
2 + years of Credit Card experience
Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment
