Job Description

The Marketing Lead (APAC) is a key position within the APAC Future Business team, with responsibility for executing marketing activities against an agreed strategy in the region, aligned with profitable business growth, as delivered by the Future Business team. This isn’t a hold-the-fort marketing role. We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can step-in, pick-up momentum, and keep driving forward, shaping campaigns, sharpening our market profile, and partnering with our business development teams to convert opportunity into growth. This role can be based out of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide or Perth and is a fixed term contract for 8 months.

  • Developing and executing a regional marketing strategy

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Monday.com, PowerBi, and Meltwater
  • Ability to operate with autonomy to deliver against a regional marketing strategy and priorities, coordinated globally
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective marketing campaigns
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
  • Proven commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Ability for occasional travel, as required
