This Fortune 500 professional recruitment consultancy is a trusted leader in recruitment world, connecting top-tier professionals with industry-leading companies worldwide. Reporting to the Regional Chief Marketing Officer. Leading a team of Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic Planning and Alignment: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align closely with sales objectives to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence
Integrated Campaign Management: Lead the execution of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns—spanning ABM, digital, events, and content marketing—tailored to meet regional market needs and sales priorities
Sales Enablement Support: Create and provide advanced tools, actionable insights, and tailored content to empower sales teams in acquiring and retaining high-value clients

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in B2B marketing and demand generation
Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns, including ABM and digital marketing, to drive revenue
Strong leadership experience, inspiring high performance in fast-paced environments
