Job Description:

The purpose of the Marketing Internship role is to provide hand-on experience in various aspects of marketing by executing and supporting all marketing functionalities including content creation, social media management, market research and campaign support. This role will help to identify which part of marketing aspects you prefer to pursue after graduation. This internship serves as a foundation for building a career in marketing by offering real-world exposure and networking opportunities. Importantly, as IKEA we have one goal – To support IKEA’s mission of creating a better everyday life for the many people.

Job Responsibility:

Be a part of creating engaging content for various platforms, including social media, Public Relation, Email Marketing
Provide creativity on graphic asset and image for online and offline media usage
Create short and long video contents for events, promotions and campaigns
Be a part with Public Relation activities including Event Marketing and Campaign support
Marketing research to understand the industry outlook, competitors and customer behavior
Find the opportunity and raise the new initiative toward the business
Support administrative marketing assignment

Requirements:

Passion in IKEA and Home Furnishing
Passion for driving marketing innovation and staying updated with the latest trends
Desire to social media and marketing communication
Desire to collaborate and work cross-functionally
Understanding of marketing channels
Digital marketing strategy development
Content marketing principles
Knowledge of content marketing and email marketing best practices
Familiarity with digital touch point (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tiktok)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, presentation abilities
Ability to stay updated with industry trends and changes
Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving
