As a Marketing Intern at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will support the Senior Marketing Director in various marketing operations, including campaign execution and data management. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a collaborative environment while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives. You will assist in managing marketing systems, executing multi-channel campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in enriching, cleaning, and segmenting data to support lead generation and personalization for campaigns
Support data integration and management between platforms like HubSpot and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
Learn and assist with managing marketing systems, including HubSpot, DemandBase, and ZoomInfo
Help create automation workflows and lead scoring models to optimize nurturing efforts
Collaborate with campaign managers to support the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, and webinars
Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations for optimization
Assist with reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics (e.g., SAL creation, pipeline contribution)
Help manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives
Work with the content and digital team to ensure alignment of campaign messaging and materials
Contribute to internal marketing projects, including presentations and team updates
Requirements:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate course in Marketing, Business, or a related field
A strong interest in marketing operations, data-driven decision-making, and campaign execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, DemandBase, or similar) is a plus but not required
