Finch Brands is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our internal marketing team. You will be tasked with developing and executing PPC (pay-per-click) campaign strategy across the Finch Brands account. This position is geared towards individuals who are eager to build their knowledge daily while contributing to the company’s continued growth. As a Marketing Intern at Finch Brands, you’ll support our internal marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to branding, B2B marketing strategy, and agency life. You’ll collaborate closely with our brand, content, and leadership teams and contribute to work that shapes how Finch Brands shows up in the world. This role is ideal for someone interested in brand strategy, consulting, content, and B2B marketing.
Job Responsibility:
Help manage Finch Brands’ social media presence, primarily LinkedIn, including drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement
Assist with content creation, including blog posts, short-form social content, and marketing materials
Conduct competitive and market research to support brand positioning, business development, and thought leadership
Support HubSpot activities, including contact management, email campaigns, and basic reporting
Assist with the creation of presentations, visual assets, and marketing collateral
Track and summarize performance metrics and insights from marketing efforts
Support special marketing projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity
Interest in branding, strategy, and B2B marketing
Familiarity with or interest in HubSpot or other CRM/marketing tools
Basic design capability using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas
Nice to have:
Prior internship or project experience in a marketing or agency environment
Experience writing for professional or business audiences
Familiarity with brand strategy, positioning, or competitive analysis
