Job Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing Intern based in India to help drive regional marketing execution. This is a hands-on B2B marketer role with real ownership. You’ll run campaigns, create content, plan and execute enterprise events, and generate insights that directly shape our India strategy. You’ll work closely with the India marketing lead and plug into our global marketing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Adapt global campaigns for the India market with local relevance across channels
  • Create India-specific assets: case studies, one-pagers, and landing page copy
  • Plan and execute enterprise events in India end to end: audience curation, agency management, vendor management, logistics, attendee communications, event messaging and day-of coordination
  • Create event messaging and content that drives attendance and engagement
  • Run post-event follow-up in collaboration with sales and growth teams

Requirements:

  • MBA candidate or recent grad from ISB, or a graduating/recently graduated student from Ashoka University (or comparable institution)
  • You’ve shipped things before: marketing projects, content, events, or side ventures that went from idea to execution
  • Strong writer in English
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
  • Data-literate: you can read a dashboard, spot a trend, and turn it into a recommendation
  • Available full-time for the duration of the internship, and potentially available for a full-time role at the end

Nice to have:

  • Hindi or another Indian language is a bonus
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Figma, Canva, Google Analytics)
  • Prior internship or project work in B2B SaaS, AI, or tech startups
