Position Title: Marketing Intern - Strategy & Insights. Duration: Preferred commitment: 3-6 months. About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is curious, analytical, proactive, and deeply interested in how modern marketing actually drives business impact. This role goes beyond content posting; the intern will work closely across marketing functions including social, PR, content, partnerships, and brand to help identify insights, track performance, analyze sales and campaign data, and bring fresh marketing thinking to the team. Job Responsibility
Analyze campaign performance metrics across social, digital, PR, and brand initiatives
Track and interpret sales and marketing data to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities
Build simple reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
Support post-campaign analysis and recommendation building
Stay updated on emerging marketing, consumer, creator, and digital trends
Research competitor campaigns, cultural shifts, platform updates, and innovative brand activations
Present findings and recommendations to the team in a concise and visually engaging way
Work closely with internal teams including content, social media, PR, partnerships, and brand
Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication between stakeholders
Assist in organizing campaign trackers, calendars, and internal documentation
Contribute ideas for campaigns, activations, and marketing initiatives
Support brainstorming sessions and help translate ideas into actionable plans
Assist with presentation building and internal marketing decks
Requirements
Background in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or Market Research
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Canva
Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
Curious about trends, culture, branding, and consumer behavior
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
Have experience with social media analytics or campaign reporting
Enjoy storytelling as much as data
Naturally spot trends before everyone else does
Can simplify complex information into clear insights and presentations
