Job Description

Salt is looking for a Marketing Insights Manager for a 5 months contract role, looking for someone who can work closely with India and Singapore market.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate key business questions into a holistic learning plan
  • Design and execute research across foundational understanding of audiences, campaign development, creative and message testing
  • Employing multiple research methods if needed in order to answer the objectives
  • Identifying the right respondent recruitment, tradeoffs on selecting countries for fieldwork
  • Questionnaire crafting
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations/implications that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organisation
  • Work closely with cross functional teams from end to end (Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, Global Marketing Insights teams) – both for crafting research inputs (messages, creatives) but also to embed eventual insights with Hindi-speaking and experience leading research in India is a must , given the focus on India business priorities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research
  • APAC regional experience is a must
  • Experience solving blank slate/undefined problems and well-defined problems with a suitable methodology
  • Experience synthesising insights/learnings from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling recommendations
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
