Salt is looking for a Marketing Insights Manager for a 5 months contract role, looking for someone who can work closely with India and Singapore market.
Job Responsibility:
Translate key business questions into a holistic learning plan
Design and execute research across foundational understanding of audiences, campaign development, creative and message testing
Employing multiple research methods if needed in order to answer the objectives
Identifying the right respondent recruitment, tradeoffs on selecting countries for fieldwork
Questionnaire crafting
Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations/implications that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organisation
Work closely with cross functional teams from end to end (Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, Global Marketing Insights teams) – both for crafting research inputs (messages, creatives) but also to embed eventual insights with Hindi-speaking and experience leading research in India is a must , given the focus on India business priorities
Requirements:
8+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research
APAC regional experience is a must
Experience solving blank slate/undefined problems and well-defined problems with a suitable methodology
Experience synthesising insights/learnings from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling recommendations
