Job Description

CorVent Medical is seeking a driven and strategic Marketing & Inside Sales Manager to support and expand our presence within the Rural Health Transformation Project across targeted U.S. states. This role is responsible for state-level marketing execution, inside sales outreach, and relationship development with key stakeholders including Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), legislators, state agencies, and grant owners.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, inside sales, or government/state-based sales
  • Experience working with public-sector healthcare stakeholders, hospitals, or rural health organizations
  • Strong understanding of state funding cycles, grants, or RFP processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple states and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable with travel and representing the company externally

Nice to have

  • Experience with Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) or rural healthcare systems
  • Familiarity with healthcare policy, legislative processes, or advocacy environments
  • CRM and email marketing platform experience
  • Medical device or healthcare technology background
