CorVent Medical is seeking a driven and strategic Marketing & Inside Sales Manager to support and expand our presence within the Rural Health Transformation Project across targeted U.S. states. This role is responsible for state-level marketing execution, inside sales outreach, and relationship development with key stakeholders including Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), legislators, state agencies, and grant owners.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, inside sales, or government/state-based sales
Experience working with public-sector healthcare stakeholders, hospitals, or rural health organizations
Strong understanding of state funding cycles, grants, or RFP processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple states and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable with travel and representing the company externally
Nice to have:
Experience with Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) or rural healthcare systems
Familiarity with healthcare policy, legislative processes, or advocacy environments
CRM and email marketing platform experience
Medical device or healthcare technology background
