Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as Great Place to Work® in Korea, is looking for a Marketing & Inside Sales Executive to join the Unox Marketing Team in Seoul. The role is hands-on and focused on promoting brand visibility, generating qualified commercial leads, and working closely with dealers and the sales team to drive business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in organizing and executing marketing initiatives such as trade shows, product demos, digital campaigns, and the creation/adaptation of promotional materials
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, following up with current customer and new customers, building long-lasting relationships
Manages accounts by answering chat, phone or email inquiries updating all information in CRM system and generating follow-ups
Maintain regular contact with local dealers to provide product updates and basic commercial support
Localize and adapt sales and communication materials to the Korean market
Manage and update the company’s professional social media channels in Korea in alignment with global guidelines and local market trends
Coordinate internal communications between Korea and the global marketing and sales teams
Support the planning and logistics of events and customer training sessions
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in B2B environments such as foodservice equipment, hospitality, or industrial products
Native or fluent in Korean and English language
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Hands-on attitude with a proactive, structured, and collaborative approach
