During this program you will work within the Marketing Department and will support the assigned tutor in all department-related activities, actively participating and receiving on-the-job training.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the preparation of Business Unit launches
Assisting in the definition and development of the communication plan and in the creation of related promotional materials, ensuring quality and consistency of content
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in organizing scientific events, internal meetings, and training sessions for the field force
Requirements:
University degree in scientific disciplines within the life sciences field (medicine, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, etc.) and/or a master's degree in management/marketing
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills, strategic thinking, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
Experience in similar roles or therapeutic area in the pharma industry will be considered a plus
