We are a Klaviyo and Omnisend Partner agency working with ecommerce brands across the US, UK, EU, and many other countries. We’ve generated over $31M in revenue for 250+ eCommerce brands, with real clients, proven case studies, and credentials to back it up. We need someone to make sure the right people know we exist.
Job Responsibility
Own the marketing function at a fast-moving email agency, not just execute someone else’s plan
Work with a real budget and real autonomy to drive results that actually matter
Build your paid and funnel skillset
The core of this role is paid advertising and funnel strategy
You need to be able to run ads that generate qualified leads, build and optimize the funnels those leads move through, and work closely with our Business Developer to ensure what you’re sending him is actually convertible
Beyond ads, you’ll also look at how we’re using LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels, but paid is the primary lever, especially in the short term
Requirements
A genuine track record in paid ads, not just running campaigns, but building funnels and driving real business results
Strong strategic instincts: knowing what to do, what not to do, and what to stop doing
B2B or agency marketing experience is a strong advantage
you need to understand how a services business sells, not just ecom products
Experience marketing to ecommerce store owners is a bonus

The ability to work independently
Must have: Paid Social – Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Funnel Strategy & Optimization – building, testing, and improving lead funnels end to end
Lead Generation – lead magnets, opt-in pages, nurture sequences
Analytics & Tracking – reading data, knowing signal from noise, making decisions from it
Nice to have: Paid Search, Google Ads, especially for intent-based lead gen
TikTok or YouTube Ads
