The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Job Responsibility:
Manage and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
Schedule and manage content using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
Support email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact or similar platforms
Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
Assist management with administrative tasks including ordering, data entry, filing, etc.
Design branded marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, email templates, and digital ads
Create and maintain visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
Edit photos and videos for marketing use
Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
Develop engaging written and visual content tailored to target audiences
Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting cadence
Monitor engagement and escalate or respond as appropriate
Capture and curate content for real-time and scheduled use
Coordinate meetings, campaigns, and marketing events
Maintain organized digital asset libraries
Assist with vendor coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications related to marketing initiatives
Track KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, conversions, and campaign ROI
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies
Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform marketing direction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, administrative coordination, or related field
Proficiency in design and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Experience managing content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and/or social media work
Experience with short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok)
Basic photography or content capture skills
Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms
Nice to have:
Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, digital marketing, or social media management
Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and/or social media work
