Job Description

The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Job Responsibility

  • Manage and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
  • Schedule and manage content using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Support email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact or similar platforms
  • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
  • Assist management with administrative tasks including ordering, data entry, filing, etc.
  • Design branded marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, email templates, and digital ads
  • Create and maintain visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
  • Edit photos and videos for marketing use
  • Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
  • Develop engaging written and visual content tailored to target audiences
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting cadence
  • Monitor engagement and escalate or respond as appropriate
  • Capture and curate content for real-time and scheduled use
  • Coordinate meetings, campaigns, and marketing events
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, administrative coordination, or related field
  • Proficiency in design and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience managing content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and/or social media work
  • Experience with short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok)
  • Basic photography or content capture skills
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, digital marketing, or social media management
