Job Description

At William Grant & Sons, we’re looking for a commercially minded finance leader to partner with our U.S. Marketing organization and bring rigor, insight, and control to marketing investment. The Marketing Finance Lead (Senior Manager) will own end-to-end financial management of U.S. APCMI spend, supporting brand teams with clear decision-making insight while ensuring strong governance, accurate forecasting, and robust compliance across the marketing agenda.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, forecasting, reporting, and accrual management of total U.S. APCMI spend, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment to business priorities
  • Act as the key finance partner to Marketing
  • Own brand P&Ls
  • Support budget management and investment decisions
  • Provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Oversee compliance with internal policy and marketing spend guidelines
  • Act as the finance lead for TPM and M&E investment governance
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, controls, and decision support
