  • Manages all initial adjunct faculty HR processing, in cooperation with deans, Academic Affairs, and the Registrar’s Office
  • Manages general HR email account, handling or redirecting all inquiries and needs via this channel
  • Processes background checks
  • Constructs all HR Welcome orientation packets and other new hire resources with the director
  • Maintains HR Central, Human Resources’ SharePoint site and key resources there, including announcements, organization charts, at-a-glance directories
  • Oversees and markets department Wellness Challenges and Employee of the Month initiatives
  • Assists with special department projects
