Job Description:

The Marketing Executive role involves leading marketing efforts through innovative social media strategies, effective media buying, and comprehensive campaign management. Responsibilities include engaging with the community, collaborating with influencers, creating co-branded tenant campaigns, optimizing content, and driving center goals through strategic marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and executing content strategies for META platform and XHS
  • Develop and produce high-quality content (images, videos, and captions) tailored for different social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement
  • Community engagement and real-time response management
  • Influencer collaboration and user-generated content campaigns
  • Performance tracking and analytics-driven content optimization
  • Running ad social media campaigns with a focus on conversion and management
  • Planning and executing media buys across digital, print, radio, TV and out-of-home platforms
  • Negotiating for cost-effective ad placements
  • Analyzing audience data and selecting the most effective advertising channels
  • Programmatic advertising and performance marketing strategies
  • Conceptualizing and executing mall-wide campaigns, promotions and seasonal events
  • Collaborating with tenants to create co-branded marketing initiatives
  • Data-driven campaign planning, execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Coordinating with creative teams for branding, messaging and asset creation
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with tenants through marketing support and collaboration
  • Managing internal communications between tenants, customer service and other departments for campaigns, loyalty program, IKEA family members
  • Assisting in tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing / Event Management / Advertising or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of working experience preferably within the same industry
  • Possess good communication skill and strong command of English
  • Strong understanding of on-ground campaign and campaign/event planning and execution
  • Proven ability to drive results through innovative advertising and promotional campaigns.
