This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around a year’s marketing experience, or a marketing graduate, who is looking to build a career in travel marketing within a supportive and ambitious team. You’ll support ECRM campaigns, digital marketing activity and direct marketing production, while also working closely with our hotels, travel centres and ABTA travel agency to help drive bookings and sales and customer engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting ECRM and email marketing campaigns across all brands
Working with the digital team on online marketing activity, including CMS development & content population
Liaising with & producing sales promotion collateral for Tates Travel (our ABTA Travel Agent), The Caledonian Hotel Collection and Caledonian Travel Centres. Supporting them with marketing activity to help drive sales and customer engagement.
Supporting direct marketing production, including print and mailing campaigns
Working closely with designers, agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns
Requirements:
Ideally 1+ year experience in a marketing role, or a marketing graduate
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong written skills
Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn
Nice to have:
Experience within Travel, leisure or hospitality is a bonus but not essential.
