Job Description:

A local garage you can trust. Our client, Cadnam Garage, are seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to support brand visibility, customer engagement and repeat business. This is a practical, locally focused marketing role combining digital marketing with direct customer contact. They are a long-established independent garage providing MOT, servicing and repair services to customers across the New Forest and surrounding areas. Known for their reliability, customer service and strong local reputation, the business is now looking to strengthen its marketing activity to support continued growth and customer retention. You’ll be responsible for promoting core garage services, maintaining a consistent brand presence, and supporting customer retention through reminders, offers and community engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver marketing activity to promote MOT, servicing and repair services
Proactively contact previous customers to remind them when MOTs or services are due
Manage and update social media channels and website content
Create and implement seasonal promotions and service reminder campaigns
Support local advertising and community engagement initiatives
Monitor basic marketing performance and customer engagement metrics
Maintain brand consistency across all communications
Work closely with workshop and front-of-house teams to align promotions with capacity and demand

Requirements:

Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing social media for a business
Basic understanding of digital marketing and local SEO
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have:

Experience within automotive, retail or service-based industries
Basic content creation or design skills
Understanding of customer retention and local marketing strategies
