Job Description:

Join our TUI Ireland Marketing team and help us create unforgettable holiday experiences through engaging marketing campaigns. As our Marketing Executive, you'll support the coordination and implementation of marketing activities across our brands in Ireland, both online and offline.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions for TUI and Crystal Ski brands in Ireland, working within agreed budgets and liaising with creative teams, media buyers, and suppliers
help implement the digital marketing strategy with a focus on social media across all platforms, managing content schedules and creation for organic and paid social campaigns
support proactive PR, influencer, and media activities to promote the company and products, working alongside Group and UK colleagues and external agencies
collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure timely production of brochure marketing materials and write engaging content for various marketing channels
assist with reporting, measuring, and evaluating campaign performance, producing and presenting KPI reports to key stakeholders
support the team with any other marketing tasks as required, adapting to the fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements:

Proven experience working in a marketing role within a commercial organisation or agency
experience with social media management or content creation
qualification in marketing or a related discipline
creative and collaborative team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
excellent planning, organisation, and administration skills with keen attention to detail
some experience with Canva, Adobe, or other creative suite tools, with an eye for creative excellence
