This is a hybrid full-time position, based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset. Regret there is no visa sponsorship available for this role.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the development of Crimson’s Singapore Chinese Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion
Keeping a pulse on industry trends and competitors to ensure our campaigns remain effective and competitive within the admissions consulting sphere
Designing and creating cross-platform digital marketing collateral including social media ads, organic social content, digital flyers and booklets and Wechat/ Red/Facebook/Instagram/Google campaigns
Marketing automation tasks including building and scheduling social media posts and other campaign materials
Managing webinar campaigns from inception to completion, including the creation of campaign materials, hosting hour-long webinars once a week, and reporting on webinar performance
Organising backend logistics for webinar or event setup, creating all necessary campaign materials, communicating with involved parties (speakers, backend support, etc.), hosting the webinars or events you manage and completing post-webinar performance reports and close-out tasks in a timely manner
Working closely with the SG sales and marketing team to provide necessary assets and adapt global assets for SG marketing opportunities at all sales funnel levels
Monitoring lead generation and conversion across all marketing initiatives to ensure campaign optimisation and market growth
Aligning with other marketing teams across the company to share best practices and adapt different approaches to suit SG branding and buyer persona
Strong Chinese writing skills and a good sense for visual branding and design
Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin reading, writing and speaking skills is essential
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, and/or equivalent job experience in marketing with a preference for experience in the education space
Experience in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or iMovie
Knowledge of project management, marketing automation platforms and social media marketing tools a plus
Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
